Dan Klein
The British expert in glass art and design of the 20th century learnt to sing opera and ran a gallery in London before entering the employ of the auction house Christie’s in 1984 where he functioned as Director of 20th century Decorative Art and was nominated Vice President of Christie’s, Switzerland in 1989. Dan Klein died on 28 June 2009. The expert report was generated after seeing a stock list with actually having viewed the objects individually. The condition of the respective objects was thus not taken into consideration.
